Course Description
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is at the core of every serious AI application today. But basic RAG pipelines quickly hit their limits when documents are large, queries are complex, or your application needs to run reliably in production.
In this course, you will build RAGWire — a production-grade RAG toolkit built on LangChain, Qdrant, and LangGraph — from the ground up. You will start with a simple hybrid search pipeline and progressively add advanced retrieval, metadata filtering, agentic RAG, multi-agent frameworks, a full chat UI, and multi-cloud deployment.
By the end of this course you will know how to:
Build a hybrid RAG pipeline with BM25 sparse + dense retrieval and Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF)
Configure RAGWire with OpenAI GPT, Groq, Google Gemini, Ollama, and HuggingFace embeddings
Implement LLM-driven auto metadata filtering over complex, nested document structures
Build agentic RAG pipelines with LangChain agent tools, memory, and reasoning
Build a self-correcting RAG agent that grades its own retrieval and rewrites queries when quality is low
Build supervisor multi-agent systems that route queries to specialist agents using LangGraph
Build multi-agent document analysts with CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen, and Microsoft Agent Framework
Build a production Chainlit chat UI with authentication, chat history, and document upload
Build a FastAPI backend with OpenAI-compatible /v1/chat/completions endpoints and SSE streaming
Deploy RAG agents to Render, Railway, AWS ECS Fargate, GCP Cloud Run, and Azure
Secure production APIs with API keys and protect credentials with Docker .dockerignore
This is a hands-on, code-first course. Every section produces working, runnable code that you can adapt to your own documents and use cases.

I learned the standard RAG a few months ago, and this RAGWire capability looks more powerful and still easy to implement. Currently mid section 2, the instructor has described with excellent synthetic overview and level of details the various components, i.e. the concepts implemented in RAGWire, the workflow of documents ingestion and chunks retrieval, the Qdrant database tool with options to run the DB locally or in the cloud and the configuration file parameters which provide interesting flexibility to run the code. I feel confident in implementing this overall architecture and look forward to next videos!

This masterclass tackles the complexities of Agentic AI and state management. By prioritizing LangGraph over simple retrieval methods, it gives developers the tools to build sophisticated, scalable systems that work in production environments

The hands-on approach is a major strength. Building end-to-end applications—from data ingestion to retrieval and response generation—helped me understand how real systems are designed and optimized. The inclusion of best practices for scalability, latency, and evaluation adds strong industry relevance. One area that could be improved is the pacing in some advanced sections, where concepts move a bit quickly. Adding more visual diagrams or recap summaries would make those parts even more effective.

This course does a great job bridging the gap between basic RAG concepts and real-world, production-level implementation. I especially liked the focus on multi-agent systems, LangChain pipelines, and practical deployment considerations rather than just theory. The structure is clear, and the hands-on approach makes it easier to understand how components like vector databases, retrieval pipelines, and agent frameworks actually work together in real applications. A solid choice for anyone looking to move beyond tutorials and build scalable GenAI systems.

The course provides a solid overview of modern agentic and retrieval-augmented systems, covering frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, and Microsoft’s agent ecosystem with good practical orientation. The inclusion of advanced topics such as Multi-Agent RAG, Deep RAG, and Production RAG is particularly valuable for real-world applications.

This course is a masterclass in production-grade AI. It brilliantly bridges the gap between basic tutorials and complex, real-world deployment. The focus on agentic RAG and LangGraph provided the depth I needed to build reliable, scalable systems. Highly recommended for any developer serious about mastering the modern RAG stack.
By Sai Ardhendu Kalivarapu on 4/19/2026
The course provides a solid overview of modern agentic and retrieval-augmented systems, covering frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain, and Microsoft’s agent ecosystem with good practical orientation. The inclusion of advanced topics such as Multi-Agent RAG, Deep RAG, and Production RAG is particularly valuable for real-world applications. Overall, it’s a strong intermediate-level course that introduces the ecosystem effectively but would benefit from deeper technical rigor and more cohesive structuring.
