This course does a fantastic job of breaking down essential Agile concepts, like WIP, Lead Time and Throughput into clear, actionable insights. The examples and quick checks are engaging and make formulas like Little's law incredible easy to understand and apply. A perfect, high yield guide for any project manager looking to optimize team workflow. Highly recommended !!

I really appreciated your session today. The content was engaging, well‑organized, and presented with excellent clarity. Your practical examples and guidance made a big difference in understanding the topic. Thanks for the fantastic session!

Had a bit of a problem with the pitch and pace of the lecturer's voice (I have hearing aids); however, the features for adjusting the pace and using captions solved these issues. Content and coverage are excellent. Lecturer provided thoughtful examples that explained some of the more abstruse concepts. Little's Law is not so "little' to digest easily, but she nailed it. Got the key points across and gave a solid explanation of the relationships between each of the metrics. Especially liked the discussion around the Assumptions to make the Law work: provide solid guidance for ensuring a process does not violate them and can thus avoid Little's Law. Took 11 pages of notes. Well worth it.

I recently completed the course "Agile Metrics That Matter for Successful Project Management", and it was a truly insightful experience. Whether you're a project manager, scrum master, or part of an agile team, this course offers practical, actionable knowledge that can significantly enhance your ability to measure and improve agile performance. This course is a must for anyone looking to optimize agile delivery and make data-driven decisions. It bridges the gap between agile theory and practical project management.

Good explanation at the beginning of what Agile is. Some useful principles but I found Little's Law hard to follow with different terminology used in the quiz, and then I worked out the throughput but have no idea of what good or bad looks like for the number. There was no explanation on the Cumulative Flow Diagram how to build this - ie is this a standard chart in Kanban tools?

By Rodrigo Ribeiro on 12/20/2024

I believe that the course helped me to review the knowledge that I already have. At the end I was positivily surprised because the didatic of how the content was presented helped me to clarify some doubts that I had but I had forgotten about them. Just one coment, at the Accumulative Diagram session explanation, It would be valuable if you use some examples with values, not only showing the diagram without the name of the graph lines.

The "Agile Metrics for Agile Project Management" course covers key performance indicators (KPIs) used to measure and track the success of Agile projects. The course typically focuses on metrics that help monitor progress, improve team performance, and ensure project goals align with Agile principles. These metrics include: Velocity: Measures the amount of work completed in each iteration. Cycle Time: Time taken to complete a task from start to finish. Lead Time: Time between request and task completion. Burndown and Burnup Charts: Visual tools to track progress toward completing work. Cumulative Flow Diagram: Tracks work status to identify bottlenecks. Team Happiness: Measures team morale and engagement. The course also emphasizes the importance of using metrics to foster collaboration and continuous improvement rather than just performance evaluatio

All basics are included, which is good. Just sometimes is too much time invested to explaining simple mathematical operations or reading clear formulas displayed on screen. Also in all "Agile" trainings is first 30 percent of training invested to explanation of Agile manifesto etc. Better to have specific training for that separately I saw it already maybe 20 times in different trainings again and again.

The introduction was excellent! I'm looking forward to learning a lot more from this course as I am doing Web Development on the other hand. The instructor is also very engaging and no doubt an expert at Agile Project Management. Thank you for this great course!
