Agile is similar to how a computer programmer functions, module-based program management. Plan - Deliver - Learn, broken up into small parts for simplicity and focus. Max 15 minute "standup" meeting daily. It was good exposure.

So far, so good. I'm really looking for and working toward better organizational approaches to my work (and my personal life!). The overview of Agile and the practice of stand-ups, already has the wheels turning. Excited for more!

I wasn't sure what to expect as I didn't know what Agile Project Management is, but it is a good concept that makes sense. The course does explain it, but the examples, so far in the beginning of the course, could be better or more detailed.

I feel like this is relevant, detailed information to my project management role that I'm prepping for and also speaks to what I've done in the past. Very helpful material, short, sweet, and to the point.

This course is what I truly need at my current stage of engeering career. Water flow methodology has been blocking the delivery of some of the projects due to same project management mistakes again and again. Worse than that, some projects are getting rejected in the end after so much effort. I think Agile methodology is the best answer to my daily challenges when it comes to working on software projects.

The course is a great introduction with quick takeaways you can begin to use right away. For those with experience in Agile, it is a great review to connect the key points you have already seen in action. The presenter was also very organized, engaging and clear.

The course was what I expected. It gave a good overview of the Agile Project Management style and focused on the Pros/benefits of this methodology. I enjoyed that it mentioned there is NOT always a need for this style and it is important that you utilize the Agile method for the right purposes and possess a good mindset to ensure the process works as intended.
