The assignment was clear and helped in understanding SAFe concepts like Team and ART level ceremonies and their cadence. It improved my understanding of PI planning, sprint execution, and cross-team coordination. A bit more visual representation (like tables/calendar) would make it easier to follow. Personal Experience is the course was a good match for me. It helped me understand how multiple Scrum Teams work together in an ART and how planning and delivery are aligned through PI cycles and Agile ceremonies.

I found the course helpful. It is not an easy topic to present, as there are a lot of things to cover. I agree that the presenter repeats some points. However, this gives you the option to keep notes and to verify that you understood the material. Finally, I also agree that the pace is low, but you can adjust the video speed as needed. Thank you!

1) It's not in German - although Udemy says it is. 2) As already said it is a little bit boring and also exhausting to see Asterios speaking and speaking... How about some graphics, diagrams or something? 3) Yes, this is a good introduction or overview to SAFe. But while Part 5 is really long and exhausting, I find the other parts to short.

In general, very good overview which helped me to quickly get acquainted with SAFe main points and differences to Scrum. What I would like to see in this course is a set of videos showing or rehearsing the process of each meeting with "real life" examples/actors. That would be really great addition to the dry theory. Also, on many, if not all meeting description materials the audience and recommended timings is not mentioned. This will not allow using these materials as ultimate cheat sheets. I would also suggest using a bit more readable font on the "world map" background. Thanks for preparing this course!

Straight 5 stars for the massive effort done by Asterios, thank you so much, I was hesitating to buy the course at first due to some misleading ratings, but now and even before completing the course I just want to say a big THANK YOU for clearing up many confusions regarding SAFe.

Overall a good, clear and useful course. On a positive note, it is well structured and covers all the key areas and packs a lot into the 4.5 hours. There are lots of useful resources available for most of the sessions. On less positive points, there are a couple of inconsistencies (e.g in session 51 the system integration feature seems to be Feature 3 for Team A but becomes Feature 1 for Team C who have a dependent task - I think this is incorrect?), there are several typos/spelling errors in the bullet points (cosmetic rather than content issue) and I thought the section on competencies was a bit light - I would have liked to see a bit more information here. If these areas were improved I would give a 5 star rating.

I took a Leading SAFe class at work. Even though it was many days, they spent so much time on Scrum that I still had no clue how SAFe worked. Since I have many years with Scrum, this was not productive. This gave a great overview of how SAFe actually works and how the various ceremonies flow into each other.

Most comprehensive introduction to SAFe available here. Every aspect is explained with much detail and insight. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is required. No time will be wasted on explaining these concepts again (there are many other courses to get that knowledge if you need it). The course could use some more slides and graphics to visualize its content.

Positive feedback: Speaks clearly. Explains details very concisely. Negative feedback: Visuals are not good. Mostly bullet-point lists that are not readable due to font color (white font on bright brown background) and size. The speaker's face and map background take up most of the screen real estate, but the audience should be focusing on the text which is roughly just 1/4 of the screen.

Very clear, well paced, direct and to the point. Stays on message. I am really enjoying the course at this point. I completed the entire course and my comments above still stand. Thank you very much.
