I was already using ChatGPT occasionally for QA tasks, but mostly in a very basic way. This course gave me a better idea of how to structure prompts and use AI more effectively during testing. Practical and easy to follow.

What I liked is that this isn’t just another general introduction to AI. Most of the examples are actually related to testing, so it was easy to see where I could use them at work. Some simple ideas ended up saving me quite a bit of time.

I purchased this course hoping for advanced, practical content — but unfortunately it's stuck at the basics. The instructor spends time explaining how to use ChatGPT prompts, which honestly any beginner picks up within an hour of using the tool. In today's world, testers are working with Claude Code that reads entire project folders and rewrites code, Playwright MCP integrated via CLI, and full agentic testing pipelines. That's the level this course should be at. To be a credible instructor for this topic, you need to have actually tested these tools in real projects — not just demo ChatGPT prompts on screen. I'd recommend a complete curriculum upgrade covering: ChatGPT + Playwright advanced workflows, Claude Code for full project automation, MCP + CLI integration, and real end-to-end testing use cases. Until then, hard to recommend this to anyone beyond a complete beginner.
