THE COURSE WAS SOMEWHAT HELPFUL, BUT I FELT THAT I UNDERSTOOD FEWER CONCEPTS THAN I EXPECTED . SOME TOPICS COULD HAVE BEEN EXPLAINED IN MORE DEPTH WITH MORE PRACTICAL EXAMPLES AND HANDS ON ACTIVITIES

This course gave me a fresh perspective on how AI can transform HR processes. The way ChatGPT is used for recruiting and employee management is explained খুব clearly. I’ve already started applying some of these techniques in my work.

Parts of the course promoted a book, not sure why this was deemed to be appropriate. The sections on marketing were not useful as the course I thought was more to do with AI in the nuts and bolts of recruitment and core HR. I also expected more depth, potentially exploring more tools, not just bolt-on recruitment type tools, or ChatGBT.
