The frameworks for prompt engineering, measuring model ROI and AI ethics played a crucial role when I have to launch a new product.

This was a solid course, but it seemed a bit impersonal and that it was created largely by AI. It was quite redundant and awkward in parts (i.e. often at the end of lessons it would say things like "Let's get started." and say something in the next lesson 3-4 minute lesson). This course took much longer than 11.5 hours. It definitely could be condensed. The "fluff" could be removed - there's lots of statements like "Stop me if you've heard this" or "You've seen the headlines" or "AI is not coming in the future, it's here" at the beginning of every 3-minute sub-lesson. Also, the examples were often the absolute ideal AI - as if it was the cure-all for everything in the work environment. Words like "perfect" were used frequently to describe AI-implemented solutions, whereas the tone on current/past work practices & solutions are diminished just because they don't have AI in them. (And that's a very subjective call). I appreciated the first 11 Sections most as they provided prompts that we PMs and Designers can use in our daily work. It would have been even more helpful if the course had provided the prompt library in an Excel file or other document to actually use. The examples provided of specific, named businesses and their adoption of AI & ML were helpful. But, again, some were extremely aspirational for most businesses and not likely in the near-term.

The sections on navigating AI ethics, mitigating model bias, and setting up the right guardrails for data privacy were incredibly timely.

I can write clear technical requirements for our machine learning models and discuss latency trade-offs with my engineers with total confidence.

If you want to move beyond the buzzwords and actually lead cross-functional machine learning projects, this is the course for you.

Coming from a traditional PM background where features are deterministic, learning how to manage probabilistic AI models was completely eye-opening.

Capstone resources are not attached anywhere

The pacing is excellent, the slides are clean and easy to follow. Every lesson ends with something you can apply immediately.

I actually think there was a lot of good ideas presented here. The material was structured well and flowed good from beginning to end. What feels weird is the lack of reference material. Resource downloads are nothing more than a slide deck of the course… The capstone project is poorly explained and not in writing anywhere. You will hear some fancy cool prompts. But you will need to manually create a prompt notebook for them. I wish they had explained that on the front end so I could have done it.
