I have worked as an individual contributor programmer for over 2 decades now. From offshore services company to a fully distributed start-up team with headquarters in the Valley. The core responsibility always boils down to mapping requirements to programs within given constraints of time and costs. That’s software engineering for me, every line of code either increasing revenue or reducing costs or ideally both. I have also completed my MS in Electrical Engineering but could not pursue a career in academia due to circumstances in 2008.
I moved to full-time teaching in 2022, soon the AI revolution started too. I aim to help students learn topics aligned with fundamentals using AI justifiably. AI is excellent as a curation assistant and automation tool. The knowledge of the user is non-negotiable. LLMs are matrix multiplications at scale, the correctness is a human responsibility which I aim to help you build for your context.

This gave me relevant information to what I was looking for. The only challenge was the video kept stalling despite having a strong internet connection. But otherwise satisfied with the course.

Yes, it is overall a good to go for beginners in AI tool. It also highlights some basic tech stack that every technical recruiter should know.

I recently completed the RougeNeuron Academy certification: Tech Recruitment with ChatGPT / AI course. This course should be mandatory for any serious Technical Recruiter who wants to elevate their skills. It not only covers how to make AI work for you but also delves into the nuances of Enterprise technology positions. Well done!

The theoretical aspect of the course was satisfactory, but I enrolled with different expectations regarding AI. Nonetheless, I've gained valuable insights that I can apply to my daily tasks. If the instructor provided the practical examples on AI would have enhanced my understanding of the course.

Overall, the course content was fairly basic, and a sizeable portion of it was devoted to general recruitment best practices from the perspective of an engineer and not specific to using ChatGPT.

This is a fast track course very good but we all know Introducing AI into our recruitment process by leveraging the ChatGPT platform is a promising initiative & this will indeed take time.

Introducing AI into our recruitment process by leveraging the ChatGPT platform is a promising initiative. It has the potential to greatly streamline and expedite our hiring procedures.
By Raul Ruiz Lara on 9/28/2023
Having someone from the technical side providing inputs is so revealing: most of the time technical teams "don't have time" to asses these gaps in the recruitment process. Also, addressing the fact that these AI tools (that moving forward will be part of our daily basis) are useful for recruitment as well is so mind-blowing. Thank you for doing so.

Personally, I think it would have been better if you were to jot down some key notes onto a PowerPoint slide whilst presenting your information in your lectures rather than just having images :)
