I enjoyed the course. Dr. Francis did a great job explaining the strategy. Something that really stands out is the time he took explaining the coding process. This is a great course for someone with limited coding experience. I look forward to discovering other courses offered by Dr. Francis

Good course, not too long not to short. After this course I understand finally how to use python to seek for indicators, some candle patterns etc how to check if price went properly or not, measure %, I can measure what Risk:Reward I should use. Finally I can based on gattering data do backtest and even trading bot.

One of the best course I found about this subject. English speaking is absolutely perfect for the stranger I am (natural French speaker). Course is clear, efficient and highly pedagogic. The content is pretty interesting and highly valuable. So I am really enthusiast and can't wait enrolling the next courses of Mr. Ziad Francis.

The course begins with a nice introduction about trading in general, which for people with not market experience like me was really necessary. The main technical indicators are illustrated through pandas_ta library. Many functions useful for generating signals are provided and bactesting library is used for testing and optimization with previous market data usually download with yfinance library. Code for a forex trading bot using Oanda API is provided also. A section for generating email alerts based on signals is missing but there a Youtube video including code on his CodeTrading channel, so not an issue. Overall this is a nice course for those who want to experiment in this field and follow with CodeTrading YT channel.

Good course for a beginner in trading bot programming. Useful to have some programming experience and takes a minute to gather steam. Definitely recommend it as it gives a good starting point for building your own systems. Might want to get a couple books next to it as inspirations and additional knowledge. My thanks to Mr. Ziad for making this course! One tip: The white subtitles are sometimes hard to read and could benefit from a light outline.

I'm sorry to say that, but I cannot agree with description of the course. It wasn't a bad course, but description is greatly exaggerated. First of all - it's for complete begginers, by any means it's not Master Algorythmic Trading. Everything is explained very slowly and there's a lot repeats of same thing. There's also quite much theory - that's cool if someone is new to topic. My biggest disappointment was last section - live trading bot. Shame on you Dr Ziad. I understand that you didn't want or couldn't make your own trading system, but come on. That's embarassing for someone with your knowledle to say that we HAVE TO use PYTHON API from broker. No! We don't have. API is something that you can use with any programming or scripting language. Using dedicated python components is just bit easier. You're using it and showing in course - that's fine. But please, don't say that's there's no other way. With your course I also bought one from Richard Allbert, and there's much much more knowledle without such mistakes, constant repeats etc. Finishing my opinion - handling data and explaining code was quite good, but there was not enough knowledle for checking all skills level course. Good for begginers, not enough for get something real from that.

Excellent course, the classes were clear and very well explained! I recently started working with algorithmic trading and I did not have clear tools on how to work with a strategy, and this course gave me the necessary knowledge to start working on them. It met all my expectations!

Excelent course, I had from nothing to little knowledge in trading but good experience in Python coding and was very useful. Well explained, excellent order and with all the resources availbale. I'm excited about the incoming Machine Learning Methods for Trading course!

The course presented a stepwise approach to building forex bots. This approach was very detailed and easy to follow, while the provided resources were very useful. The caveat to always test strategies before putting them on the market was perhaps over flogged but i guess with good intention :)
