He shared a lot of knowledge about serviceportal. But still, I feel I am not that confident into portal until some assignments are provided. I am able to follow all the lectures and understand the concept. But unsure how to test this knowledge. Adding some assignments will make this course the best of them

I just finished the first topic 'What is Service Portal and its comparison with CMS'. This is one of the earliest chapters in the entire cource. The instructions are easy to understand and instructor proceeds with an acceptable pace. The sound quality is good and so is the language used. Things look good, so far.
