This course was amazing. Ever since I was a little tyke, I had always wanted to learn the American accent to feel confident, brave and most importantly to get better opportunities and improve my communication skills. This course was on a whole different level. It was something else! The coach explained everything really clearly that I understood everything really fast. It went way over my expectations. He even used many examples. I recommend this course to even kids who are 6 years old! It was one of the best experiences I had ever had. He thought me everything from A to Z. it was almost as if he was really there... It was just outstanding. Now, I feel like a real American. It was really fun as well!

Your methodical approach and deep understanding of the nuances involved have significantly enhanced our ability to communicate more effectively and confidently in English.

I take my hat off to the teacher—this is hands down the BEST course for understanding and picking up on the American accent! I've been living in North America and trying to reduce my accent for over 20 years, I did study many many other courses, and guess what? This is the only course that almost eliminated my accent ( and I have been on it for only a few weeks!) Many reviewers of this course say they wish it had more practicing exercises - but the exercises and drills provided are SPOT ON and entirely enough ( the idea is consistency, NOT the number of exercises). I'm truly grateful to this genius author for the course and strongly recommend it to everybody. I would give a 100 STARS if I could.

I feel like this course is aimed toward people who know how to produce American accent sounds but need practice. It doesn't really go into the depth .

Maybe I missed it in the description but I think it should be said clearly that the course is rather aimed at native English speakers than native speakers of other languages. I've learnt a couple of useful tricks but some of the sounds would require more explanation if English is is not your first language. E.g. it would be cool to include more thorough explanation of how the ''t'', ''sh'', and ''ch'' sounds are made in the American accent. It's not obvious at all if you're coming from a language other than English. As a native Polish speaker I pronounce them completely differenly than Americans and I feel like these sounds are what I struggle with the most.

It is a result-driven course without any useless content. Ashwin is a very result-oriented and practical coach whose strategy is to train his students to speak with a natural American accent through full-proof drills and technical exercises. I've also taken other American accent courses and have watched thousands of hours of American Television but only practising with the drills given in this course made me confident with my American accent. I also plan to take Ashwin's advanced course to hone and harness my accent.

Just started but already loving it! Great tips that instantly improve my accent

This course perfectly guided or helped me Aaa-Lot to understand, how to pronounce, where to stress the A, TH, EEE etc sounds and words. The vowel shifts in diphthongs really was a breakthrough for me. I do feel like my Indian mixed British accent has changed and looking forward to have good conversations in American accents with friends, family and also with anyone I meet. Thanks once again from the bottom of my heart, Ashwin Gore for the course. But I do have one request, if you could add more resources to the videos, so that people can get them in a word doc rather keep writing them and more and more practice words if possible in sections 2 & 3. I have enrolled for the AMERICAN MASTERY II, ADVANCED APPLICATION and looking forward to explore more.
