Yes, this was a great overview for what I would expect in an entry level teacher training. Enough information for professionals that already have a structrual anatomy background so that they get a bit of review without being overwhelming for those learning this material for the first time.

I wish to have the physical skeleton model, that would help me to appreciate the lecture better.

The Anatomy of Yoga Part 1 course, by Laura, was exceptional. She explained each topic with ease and remarkable clarity, making complex concepts accessible to everyone. Laura thoroughly covered the importance of understanding how and why each yoga posture works, which really deepened my appreciation of the practice. One of the key takeaways was the emphasis on personalization—acknowledging that each human body has differences in its makeup and that teaching yoga should reflect that individuality. This course is a must for anyone looking to enhance their understanding of yoga on a deeper, anatomical level.

This is the second course I've taken from Laura and they were both amazing. Her teaching style and the way she layers the information, working from a basic understanding of the concepts and building to a deeper understanding, has really helped me understand anatomy in a way that other trainings haven't. I've already been able to incorporate some of my new understanding in the yoga classes I teach and I will definitely take more courses from her in the future!

What an amazing course, thank you Laura! I‘ve been teaching for almost 15 years, have a variety of trainings, including anatomy, behind me, and this course was one of the clearest yet detailed one of all, especially in connection to the direct application on teaching yoga. I‘m looking forward to the the next 2 parts.

Laura explains things extremely well and makes it very easy to understand and comprehend! It’s easy to listen on my mobile device, although I can’t see the words in the diagrams so it would be nice to have a hard copy/pamphlet or book to print so I can follow along and take notes. She is an amazing instructor though!

All of the videos had a wealth of knowledge, even as someone who has a degree in sport science and health. Laura is extremely knowledgeable but is also really personable and friendly and gives you great tips along the way to help remember all the material. I'd definitely recommend this course to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of yoga and anatomy

As a yoga teacher, practitioner and student I can say that this course gives us a different and deep approach to the practice of yoga. It is fascinating to know that when we execute some asana, certain muscles, among other components of our body come into action and will obtain the benefit of this posture. I really enjoyed the course and the explanation that Laura give in each session from her point of view as a therapist.

I really enjoyed this course. Anatomy is not an easy subject but the information given was thorough and taught in a simplistic way. Laura's passion for the subject shines through her teachings. One suggestion would just be that the resources given should be reviewed. The format of some of the files are faulty. In all honesty though, it did not affect my learning. I learnt a lot and I am looking forward to starting the next 2 parts of the series.

Excellent course with lots of helpful information, presented in a clear and interesting way. Really grateful to the teacher, Laura, for making this available here. My Yoga TTC had an anatomy component, but this was an excellent addition- much more in-depth and full of useful ideas on how to take the theory and apply it to our yoga classes.
