I have gone through many courses on angular but have not found anything that's so concise and effective. Most such courses have long duration and only covers the basic concepts which is not very helpful for someone who already knows these concepts and wants to brush up or learn advance concepts but in this under 3 hrs, the instructor was able to cover all the major concepts and with good real life explanations.

Im on angular version 15, althou 17 is accessible as well. This is old course and also on questions nobody seems to answer. The source code does not work (obviously because some things has been depreciated etc) but i encourage to create new project in Angular version you have and create all course components yourself and copy-past content. Making some minor changes, it worked. Since zero activity on questions area, im a bit worried if some content here is outdated or not, because things in IT change so fast. But that aside - i was able to go through course and its amazing. There are so much full project courses here, that after you finish them and start to write something on your own you realise how much you still don't know and such courses which focus on specific topic is gold. This is one of them. I really got more knowledge about how fully use components and my code has potential to be shorter and better. Some people mentioned in reviews accent - yes, its heavy. Im not native english speaker myself and content for me is more important that accent. At some point in middle it was impossible to understand what he says, but it was maybe one or two lectures. All the rest is zero problems.

Great Knowledge! Sometimes a little bit hard to undersand of the english words but the content is really nice and if you want to become an expert in Angular a must have! Please also add some more of your courses also in english :). Thanks I recommend to watch this course before: https://www.udemy.com/course/the-complete-guide-to-angular-2/

This course is the missing piece. I have watched two of the most famous courses on Udemy on angular and yet I felt there was something missing. This course covers the advanced topics such as dynamically generating a component or using ContentChild etc. If only the author had included an in-depth section on lazy loading. It would have been complete Advanced Angular Course. But nevertheless this course is pretty good and I liked that author taught good practices and warned against bad ones every now and then throughout the course.

I really enjoyed this course. It provided comprensive information on building components and component architecture. It is clear that the instructor really knows his stuff. The course provided starting code from git repositories. With the frequent version changes in Angular and Angular-Cli, you may ask whether the code works in Angular 6. I created a new Angular 6 project with Angular-Cli and then copied repository component, scss, and html files into my new project. Everything worked fine.

It's very apparent that Enrique is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about Angular components. Every topic he presented will definitely help me in my endeavor to be a top-notch Angular developer. However, his pace is very fast. I'll need to view a few more times to fully understand each of the individual topics. I'm sure the accompanying code will also help. Many thanks, Enrique, for honing in on the components specifically and offering such as in-depth tutorial!

By Augustin Calin on 12/1/2017

Definitely not for the beginners but very enlightening. You will not suddenly become an expert but this tutorial will give you a very solid starting point. You will learn also not only how to create components but also: why a stateless component is better, what is Shadow DOM, change detection. A must see.

I have gained a very good general understanding of how my Angular 4 project could be improved using the latest available technologies. Dynamic component creation and using templates has been explained very well! I have found the first part of the course a bit too slow, but the second part with the advanced features were sometimes a bit too fast to digest. The balance between the 2 parts should be improved.

By Seth Gibson on 11/22/2017

I have really enjoyed the content and examples of this course, but the instructor has a very thick accent. Hi grammar is very poor, and he mixes up English terminology. Everything on his computer is in Spanish. Also the recording quality is terrible. There's constant mic popping and the EQ is very low.

Useful course with very valuable information. As deeper I went through this course is more difficult stuff was explained. Few reasons why the rating is decreased: 1. I guess you should divide your course into more small projects and not all the time clean and override your previous code. For example once you started to explain dynamic components - in my opinion it should be other small project with explanation why in this or in other case is more preferable to use dynamic components compare to classic way. And there were few cases where theme can be separated into few small projects. 2. Also you provided GitHub link with prepared all components and it is done once in the beginning of course and once in the beginning of Intermediate topic. I guess you should provide more links during course, depends on which component you are going to use and not all stuff in one link. Because sometimes picture on video and what I get after coding is not the same, and I was confused. It is just my opinion and I recommend this course, but definitely not for the whole beginners (take intro courses before). Also sometimes you accent sounds very funny, but it didn't disturb.
