The course for me was too much in high level. There was no many practical work only advise what I should do. It is good to understand the idea of leadership but not for practice. Thanks to lecturer.

I found this course quite average and below are my rational reasons 1) The instructor seems to have a little unreal accent which can be sensed from the mouth movements during pronunciations. This may be an unfiltered biasness and personal to me. Hence, not making it a primary feedback. 2) The videos are just running one by one talking about empathy, healing, self-awareness, emotional intelligence. It could have been a bit descriptive by connecting certain historical or business anecdotes, making it more engaging & interesting. 3) My final question & concern: Where are the exercises?? Also, there is not a single PDF or Word file attachments for reference purpose. Something that we could revise or take a quick glimpse when needed. Conclusion: There is still a lot more room for improvement.

Lectures were OK but support is 0. I mean there is only one question in Q&A and it's there for 9 months with no answer.Why would this guy for example pay for this? I could watch a youtube video with probably more interaction in comments and it would be free. Since this is paid at least engage.
