Three suggestions: 1. Use shorter sentences and simpler words. 2. More diagrams on the right side - to illustrate what the instructor is talking about. 3. When designing and presenting course, please consier: 60% learners are "Auditory" by inclination -- they learn best when they hear what is being taught. 20% learners are "Visual". They grasp the subject best when they see visual clues (such as written matter / figures). Rest 20% learners are Kinesthetic. They learn best when they work with their own hands.

Such an outstanding concept of defining mode of a problem. I like how the instructor explains how we can define a problem accurately. It takes just 1/10th part of defining the problem to solve it. This is something which is solely required to have a grip on the problem one faces in professional as well as personal life.

A very interesting and highly demanded video on Design Thinking. Good slot to get you started on the subject. Extremely good examples are given to bring to life the concepts discussed. It is however not a readymade playbook kind of material on the subject of Design Thinking. You will need to watch it completely and figure out for yourself how to apply Design Thinking for whatever you have in mind.

The lecture was helpful to transform our stereo type thinking to be more creative. It has crafted very good framework of 21st century design thinking.

By Kon Hank on 11/12/2017

I enjoyed the course a lot. The detailed discussion of the application and the case is very thoroughly put together. The stories used in the lectures made the concept clear to understand.

By Patricia Adams on 11/12/2017

If you are looking to understand the design thinking in great detail with application and exercises then this course is a must. The instructor is quite knowledgeable and has done a good job with explaining the details about each parts of the design thinking process.

"If a picture is worth a thousand words, a prototype is worth a thousand pictures"! :-) I found the course useful and the teacher inspiring. However, it lacks written material: some report, or at least a summary, would be really useful (I would have given the course at least one more star). Moreover, the audio is horrible in some parts, especially Sections 8 and 9 (I would actually remove Section 8 entirely, however, it may convey value to someone else). Subtitles were pretty wrong, too but I think those errors are due to the automatic translation. Finally, I wish to remark that just watching the course made me come up with lots of potentially profitable ideas. Thank you!

I would have liked more examples for every stage of the presentation and more visuals. It is a great course for the beginners, it takes you through all the information you need.

By John Dsouza on 6/2/2017

I think it is a bit generic and talks of the overall methodology. If you are looking to get an introduction of Design Thinking, this is okay, but it is not deep enough. I would have liked to hear some more real life examples of the process working or failing from the instructors point of view.
