Importance of Documentation: Clear, concise status reports and meeting minutes are essential for stakeholder alignment and accountability. Action Item Tracking: Assigning owners and deadlines ensures progress and prevents tasks from falling through the cracks. Portfolio View: A dashboard provides visibility across multiple projects, helping leadership make informed decisions quickly. Communication Skills: Writing executive summaries and capturing decisions taught me how to communicate effectively and professionally.

I learnt a bunch of new techniques to utilize the power of Confluence. Till now I have been using it more or less for documentation only but thanks to this course I can now use it much more beyond documentation! Thanks a lot for creating this wonderful short course.

There were some useful modules here and the assignments were useful for providing practical experience. However, the course is several years old and does not appear to reflect current capabilities in other collaboration tools (ie MS Teams) this is not neccessarily the facilitators fault, but I feel like my company could have recommended more current content.

This is a good course for beginners or whom needs systemised knowledge about Confluence. Especially, each section is put into a single Module file to download which includes all information. Following this, I have the general ideas to play around with Confluence and some fro Jira. Thanks Andy.

This course is a highly recommentadion for everyone who wants to use Confluence, or use it already. You will get inspired to optimize your daily work within Project Management. No unnecessary extra long duration, I would say "on the point with most important topics"

The course is very clear, precise, and with many examples and explanations that make it understandable even to those who have never seen or used confluence. The teacher is very knowledgeable and makes the course interesting and smooth. If you are not a native English speaker there are some passages where he speaks quickly and you have to listen again to fully understand but they are brief and rare moments. Congratulations on a job well done

Andy provided a lot of useful tools to make PM work much easier. The course was good overall but a bit lengthier than needed with some redundant information in the step by steps. The solution walkthroughs were much more helpful. I think the course could have been condensed down a bit, but great content nonetheless.

This is a good introduction to Confluence. I knew some content before taking this course but still learned things I hadn't yet picked up. The later sections that taught how to use Confluence and JIRA were the most useful in my role at work. I'm glad I took this course & learned practical skills that I use every day now.

Excelling speaker, absolutely aware of the tool and Project Management day to days, issues, risks. I am sure he is a well experienced in the profession and in the tool, which mixed is a great blend.

I would absolutely recommend this course! This is organized in a way that is about as plug and play as one can get. I started the course with less than a week of experience utilizing Atlassian Confluence, and already have status reports built and my full team eager to work collaboratively while remote!
