My name is C. Hill. I'm a professional celebrity and elite event photographer in Atlanta.
I have a passion for all things photography and videography. It's been over 9 years that I've been preserving memories through my cameras and lenses.
My images have been published on major platforms and magazines including Sophisticates, and Essence Magazine. My videos have been featured on syndicated television stations including BET, MTV and VH1.
Shooting exclusively with “Mirrorless Cameras" is wonderful and the Sony A6000 is my main photography tool. I love sharing my knowledge of photography and cinematography with those ready to build a career or hobby in this industry.
I believe “Mirrorless Cameras" are the future and the Sony A6000 is a benchmark toward that future.

course starts with two technical topics in the first two videos but does not how basic beginner instructions like the title suggests, nor does it show how to set up the display to poerform the two operations therefor confusing me to no constructive end.

So far, he hasn’t really shown how to use the functions, he’s just done it. Like where do I finde the Optical Zoom Settings?

Great information. I learned interesting pieces about the camera. The instructor is clear, positive, enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

I really liked the class being an absolute beginner I thought it was well done and tailored to the right audience. For me, the most difficult thing was getting the camera set up correctly. I'm sure that I am not alone here and I am not quite sure how to remedy with a bunch of noobs like myself. I think perhaps it's just my inexperience that was the issue. Thank you!

I would stongly recommend "The Unofficial Guide to Sony's a6000, a6300, and a6500" over this course. To me this course seems somewhat incomplete and also, to me, just somewhat odd in terms of the choices that were made, as far as what information to include and what information not to include. I found " "The Unofficial Guide to Sony's a6000, a6300, and a6500" to be more comprehensive, better organized and more useful.

I think he was very knowledgeable about the camera and its features, i would have liked a little more explanation with the kit lenses i got with the camera, not just the 1.8 lens that had. I wanted some more real world shots - how to get them? Not just Lego men and woody. It was only $10 although i think this should have been a free preview and then pay for a higher level class. I loved the pictures that scrolled through at the end, but i would like to have known how to set up the camera to get them. I got a couple things i can use out of it.

Good, informative...Burst of vital info minus the fluff, yet fun & interesting. I walked away a bit more empowered with some mystery removed. Thanks...

Seems like a real nice guy but barely learned a thing. Every other word was a this will be a short video and awesome. I wasted $24.00. Very little technical advice on camera function.

This course was great overall. The only down side - I felt it was missing a lot of what I was hoping would be included (ex. how to use the different Scene Selection options, like Macro). I felt you had to have some pretty good camera knowledge to get everything out of this course it had to offer - but it's definitely a great reference, and had some awesome tips and tricks.
