A nossa missão é conhecer o candidato e beber do perfil dele. Segundo módulo bem mais relevante. Super direcionado para a nossa função/missão.

The instructor did awesome at being thorough and slow. I suggest that when screen sharing, he changes the language settings to English on his computer and websites since he is instructing in English. Also recommend having all passwords ready before presenting or edit out the wasted time looking for passwords.

It's a good course for beginners. I can recommend it. Also, you should understand that this course it's not enough to become a professional technical recruiter. You need to practice.

I believe that this is a truly useful course for beginners when it comes to IT Recruitment. The tools list at the end is one of the most useful resources I got from this course. Thank you!

There was some good information on sourcing, beginner boolean searches, and a few tools that would be really helpful to a recruiter. The course seemed like it would be a good starting point if the company you work for has no training. The last section was a little clunky with time being spent on remembering passwords vs actual content. The beginning section "how to be a tech recruiter" didn't really offer much advice on the topic. The "sourcing" section had a great PDF on the basics of Boolean searches. The "interviewing" seemed more appropriate for a hiring manager as opposed to a recruiter. The "best practices and sourcing" section offered the most help on good places to find talent and ways to find contact information as well as helpful tools. However, this section was also clunky as the instructor had to consistently try to remember his login info for multiple sites.

With already some advacnced knowledge of technical positions, I appreciate the course didn't go into details about them and really focused on core tasks of sourcing, resume screening and interviewing tech talent. I would highly recommend for beginners and even for some mid to senior recruiters.

Obrigada!
