Not bad at all, however, I'm still confused about when to use which technology. For example, more clarification on kafka and flume is needed, like if I can use flume for ingesting twitter feed data, can I also use kafka? Why, or why not?

So far, the lecturer is clear, explains in simple terms and includes examples the topics. I hope the course will continue like this, since I want to learn a general picture of big data before jumping to specific tools or concepts.

The content is a very good summary of the basics in Big Data, well done! The audio makes it extremely hard to follow though, the speech is monotonic and difficult to follow. It is not only about the accent, that's not the issue. Sometimes. each. word. is. pronoounced. as. a. there. was. a. full. stop. after. it.

Very good course if U want big picture and big data technologies overview and also some details that are related to management. Author is professional and there are real world scenarios and case studies. Slight improvement can be added and it is related with better precision in explaining roles of some of Big Data technologies from architectural point of view.

I enjoyed the course and so many real world examples and tools presented for each stage. This is really quite comprehensive.
