I learnt a lot of new things in this course. I had earlier done the 200 hrs course of Bodsphere from Udemy too and had been benefiting from from that since last 4 months almost. This course let me know the philosophy and physiology part better, though I must accept that I have not been able to do some advanced Asanas taught in this series. But all in all, it was an enchanting experience. Thank you
