I've spent my last 20 years building websites. The first part building them with my bare hands as a web developer, later by managing.I'm fromCopenhagen, Denmark.
In my day job, I manage my teamof 95 fantastic employeesparted into 9 development teams with web developers,UXers, testers, business analysts, scrum masters, and product owners. It is dire times. If we fail to build products that are both easy to use, captivate our audience, and grow new users andrevenue, our whole company will suffer in the long run. Our strong turnaround focus has made psychology and motivation an ever important factor in the products we build. We have failed plenty, but have also experienced many spot-on successes.
Since 2007, I have been running a popular site on UI Patterns. It has led me to explore, learn, and understand the mechanisms behind the user experiences we all take for granted. My courses are an extension of my website.

The course is great.
The amount of relevant and valuable information is good, and the pacing at which is given also great.

Really good foundation on the topics!
I just wished for a document with resources and references so we could check it faster when needed instead of going back into the videos :)
Thanks!

As an industrial designer it was beneficial and nourishing learning process. Thank you :)

Pretty Interesting. I am very familiar with the topic (I teach UX Design), however, I still learned some things I did not know, and took notes to share with my students. The only think I have found a bit challenging was the speed of the slides: i paused the videos a lot to take notes. I am aware of the transcript, but still like to write my own.
Overall very good, especially for students new to persuasive design.
Thank you Anders
