I write emails on a daily basis at work, to various readers. That is my main method of communication. I now have an idea when to write what kind of formality and to whom.

It is nice learning so far but not the best, I am hoping best experience in terms of knowledge in the next lectures.

The section fully covers most common situations in which a business email needs to be written, and I found the example expressions and structures very useful. The only snag is that they seem to have a focus on order/delivery of goods, which is not very relevant to the industry I currently work in.

Wow, what a thorough course in both email and business writing. For me it provided clarity as well as served as a refresher in business writing. Thank you!

Great job! As a first language English speaker I expected to know most of these principles already but there are a lot of lightbulb moments which have helped me reconsider the way I write emails and proposals. Although some concepts are a bit basic for a native speaker, the course is still helpful for anyone wanting to improve the effectiveness of their written communication

I have watched the whole course at once. Always tempted to watch the next topic. I have learned really useful and powerful techniques to improve my writing. It is not the first course I enroll with Nick, and once again, it was above my expectations. Highly recommended.
