It was a basic course which is fine. The instructor's voice volume was not consistent, sometimes he spoke softly other times loud so it was hard to adjust speaker volume to match. Also he read from the slide deck which anyone could do. And his drawings were like scribble on the board.

The presenter: Cannot talk proper English, forget grammer, he cannot pronounce words properly. He cannot read certain English words. I do not know how Udemy even allowed this course by this presenter to be online. The presenter may be knowledgeable, but should be allowed to present. Course contents: The presenter was able to explain in the beginning of the course, but as the chapters proceed, he could not explain many points, he was simply reading with defective English. Sound: By the end of Domain 2 chapters, the sound poor. The sound is good at the beginning of the new slide, but by the end of the slide, the the presenter's voice cannot be heard, even with full computer volume. Domain 3 chapters are worse. Many of them could not be heard. I heard him say he has a course on CISSP also, God save folks who take that course from this presenter.

I have found that the the practical examples of concepts useful, example: Azure configurations. However, from my perspective while this information is good it is not very high level. For anyone who has already studied security this course is fairly fundamental. I was hoping for something that reached more deeply into the concepts. Having taken one of the ISC2 exams, testers can expect questions that require a more thorough understanding than what I have found within this course thus far.

This Course has no audio I was only able to listen to domain one and the rest so frustrating.I need a refund

Yes. This is the subject that I am after. The explaination on the topics couldv'e been more detailed. Quality of audio and video (feels like the content was censored) section 3 onwards will test the patience.

Overview was in details, however the security & focus domains (mostly last 2 domains) are explained in a hurry and not with much explanation. Seems trainer doesn'r have much practical knowledge in cloud security, only could explain cloud basics convincingly .Speaker volume in last 2 domains got to a level when nothing was heard.

No doubt about the knowledge of the tutor, pretty grounded and I like his style of engaged teaching through his screen notes and demos. The only floor is poor audio quality in some sections of the course and I felt IAM topic was rushed.

Course needs editing for better sound and video quality. Starting in Domain 3, it because difficult at times to hear the instructor. Occasionally, the video presentation jumps screens to the Windows OS and slides no relevant to the course.

Contains information required for CCSP domains. Last two Domains, there are lots of issues with Voice, cannot hear it clearly. Can be used as good starter module for CCSP.
