I loved the content shared in this course. Although I am not currently leading a change, I got to learn how I could do this in the future. The lecturer has a positive and engaging way of speaking and this made it interesting to hear from her.

I loved the smaller segments so I could stop, absorb, and apply. The resources are a great way to focus on what is being taught instead of taking notes. And they are a good reminder after the session of what was presented and how to use.

There are really great explanations surrounding the CAL(2) M approach to Change Management. During the class everything is well explained, and great examples of how to employ the methodologies are freely shared. Good Course!

This was a great course and gave me several ideas that I can implement immediately. My only advice would be to fix some of the spelling errors as it can be distracting. I really like your Pinterest page setup and the ideas for recognition. Thanks!!

The presenter is precise with her explanations, limited filler vocabulary that keeps me engaged. The concepts are simple but defined extremely well and builds to a wonderful system. I certainly wish I could have seen this 5 years ago in the earlier stages of my management career but certainly still holds immense value today!

This training is too long. 1st part is not needed- too long introduction. A 2nd part is an introduction as well - and that is ok. The 3rd part is the most crucial and like what has been presented! Please consider removing this intro in almost all recordings: In this part, you will learn...

Congratulations! The course is really presented effectively. The coach is really an expert and very detailed in explaining. The whole approach and pacing are appropriate for adult learners.

The story about the person who had the fear of public speaking really resonated. :-) I was that person many years ago and I overcame that fear through practice. :-) Also the little things that you notice that are positive are actually the big things. :-) They make a critical difference that can make or break a change initiative. :-)
