This was a helpful short course. The introduction to and explanation of the Calm model was clear and helpful. I found the section 4 a bit basic but I am sure others will find that helpful. There is a slight glitch in he audio with different videos having different audio volumes. Over all - very helpful

This topic is interesting because it tackles how I can draft an efficient Communication Plan. The earlier lectures talks about how to introduce change to the employees. As stated I do not need to be a technical expert, I just have to lay down the communication plan and let the experts fill-in the details. Understanding the CAL2M Transformation Model, will be of great help in coming up with an engaging communication plan.

The course strengthened my ability to drive engagement and manage the people side of change through effective communication. It was highly relevant to my current role and responsibilities, and I would definitely recommend it to others involved in stakeholder engagement, change management, or communications.

5 stars for the topic and information provided on the topic. Tools, templates and various ways of communication (I felt instructor has provided exhaustive list). The content was to the point. Very happy with this. 4 stars for a) audio quality (had to adjust volume on my PC multiple times) b) duration. I felt we could have saved about 10 min by reducing repetition at the beginning and end of each lesson (but that's instructor's style) Cosmetic : Some spelling mistakes in the content. Overall a very good source/reference course for types of communication. Thank you,

I am loving this course, The short, bite size videos combined with practical resources is hugely valuable. I like it when the resources form part of the video, visually. I love that every video doesn't have an intro video. Lectures are super clear, relevant and understandable. Thank you.

The presenter was very knowledgeable and easy to follow. Good content overall, though some was not applicable, and use of some acronyms assumed people would know what they meant. Appreciate providing so many resources for download. I was a bit distracted by the typos in some of the material, videos, and lecture titles. Also by the changes in volume from lecture to lecture. One lecture I would have to turn up the volume pretty loud, then the next would blast me out. Accuracy is so important in communications, so a presentation about creating great communications should reflect that, too.

This was an outstanding course. I got a lot of value out of it. I am an experienced change management practitioner but have recently found myself in a change management communications expert role on an agile project. The instructor provided a lot of practical tips, techniques, and real-life examples. As she mentioned, many of the exercises can be done in a virtual setting depending on the tools that are available to me in my work environment. I also appreciated the resources and frameworks to choose from and customize to meet the needs of my projects. Lastly, the structure of the course was perfect where the instructor provided visuals, summarized what was reviewed at the end of each lecture, and what was to come in the next lecture.

The beginning is useful for understanding the context of corporate communications- however I wanted to learn about how to create a communications plan which was implied and not covered... Further, the examples of creating engaging content are a little dated and well-suited for in-person offices only... PErhaps a little dated in a post covid world.

I've never been in a position to create a Comms Plan until recently. My main role for years was that of a Project Manager that made sure the visuals/graphics were produced for other Communications Plans so in one respect I've always skirted around Comms Plans with a certain level of familiarity. This course covered quite a few subjects/items I am familiar with - just not the planning and role description aspects for example. I feel like this course gave a great overview and helped me connect the dots and well- I took plenty of notes as to how to create and roll out my own Comms Plan- even if I'm not a seasoned vet. Also- glad to see you reference a GoBo. I helped put one of those into action at one of my companies' facilities as part of a new building and it is pretty cool. I also remember GoBos being used many years ago at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. There were various images of sea life projected on blank or underused walls and while using the various elevators to move from floor to floor- it was really entertaining and that has always stuck with me. Thanks so much, Frank
