Leo Lee interested me with his work quite recently. He is a really gifted designer, he knows what he does and he knows how to teach what is most important. The course is very useful, interestingly run, has no language barrier and is long enough. It is good to sit down to the graphic tablet while participating in the course and start creating your own project by following his instructions. Just following his brush and moving similar movements to our layer can give very interesting results. You do not have to concentrate too much on what he says, the information is very clear.

Early in and not sure yet, but this course seems to include very raw cut-out of an artist’s established process. I find this great, but i could not have learnt sufficient from the course alone. It lacks things like thumbnailing and perspective. But really like the casual vibe so that i dont feel like listening to a teacher but rather exchange thoughts with a friend!

Like the other training downloads..moving too fast, cannot see settings adjustments

The rating is for the teaching style of the instructor who is an AMAZING artist, but as a student I didn't find it too helpful to just watch him draw and explain is process. That was informative, but I would have liked to have these 'lessons' broken up into small sections so that I could practice what I had just seen and build up my own version of his piece as he did his own.

As cool as it was at first seeing work coming to life I kinda became bored just watching him do his thing.
