Really a good course which contain perfect basics for VOIP, explanations are precise and covered all.
I just expected some basics about SIP trunks / CUBE which are not part of this course I trust.

I would definitely like to take another course with the instructor. I like the fact than he points out each menu and submenu and what they do. This course for sure enhanced me skills in CUCM. Thanks very much
