I expected lot more exlanation about configuration choises and what affects those have in whole. Yes I did not have patience to follow whole content as I had already so high hopes for the course. But I still believe this would be good starting point for someone really new to telephone and unified communications and pursuing Cisco certificate. My opinion if seeking advanced and deep content about Cisco communication manager cluster you wont get such from this course but your free not to believe my word for it and see for your self.
