Accent is hard to understand

Topics could be a lot more crisp, and to the point. Also, I think reporting should be covered a lot more. Lastly, it would be great to have the instructor cover JQL, Labels, and how best to leverage them. A lot of what is presented is very basic, and a lot of time spent on very basic things (did pickup a few nuggets, but found my self hitting the skip 5 seconds forward during most lectures.
