but only thing is we cant ask our doubts back for example in lasso tool the told to use fill option in my photoshop i am unable to acces the fill option so in reuturn it is hard to ask the doubts

I thought it was quite good, but some things were not explained, like how you undo for example. it is suppose to be a beginner course. also, the English of the speaker were very hard to understand.
