AutoCAD Electrical 2024: A Tutorial Series (Udemy.com)

This course give my a Strong Foundation on Auto cad Electrical. The Explanation were Clear, and Step by Step projects helped me to understand the real Electrical Workflows.

This course thoroughly taught me the ins and outs of AutoCAD electrical. I would highly recommend this course to anyone brand new to AutoCAD electrical. It helps you to grasp an understanding of each section of the software and gives you the confidence you need to navigate it on your own.

The good: dividing up procedures and tasks into individual videos and having an example project that builds throughout the course. I also appreciate the scope of the course is broad enough to get someone started using the software. The bad: Quiz questions focus on exact wording of tools and menus instead of more substantive topics like what tools are and why you would use them. In a similar vein the videos would be much more helpful if they focused more on project building examples and less on the small steps to navigate the menus. Navigation gets easier with use. Better to give me the basic path and then let me figure out the details as/when I need them.

It's a lot to take in at setting as you try to watch the training video and have an open session AutoCAD.

Very detailed step by step tutorials. However, some steps seems to be repeated too many times (such as the file save as). Could have been better with a project from scratch to work standard. It would be helpful to have such a project to learn about what the current work standard in the industry is.

Program kept on crashing near the end, especially on the Import tutorial. Everything else was interesting to learn. Was hoping to get a Tutorial for a Drawing List as my drawing requires to make transmittals and I will find another way to do it. Overall was a good Tutorial.

Disappointed, not what I expected. I understand this is just a familiarization course. The AI generated voice is annoying / droning. Course instruction has you input data but does NOT explain why you are doing it.

The course is really interesting and it helped me in understanding different tools of software and how can I use this software to improve my skills related to software.
