Course Description

FreeCAD is increasingly being adopted by startups, small and medium engineering companies, educational institutions, and fabrication workshops because it provides a professional parametric CAD environment without licensing cost.

However, most tutorials focus only on explaining individual commands. In real industry work, engineers are not hired to operate buttons — they are hired to design parts that can be manufactured, modified, and documented.

In this Complete FreeCAD Mastery program you will experience a unique successful method of teaching developed and experimented on 1000's of students in live sessions. This course is designed for individuals who are new to FreeCAD as well as students who learned FreeCAD a long time ago and just want to brush up on the tools and features quickly and use them in their projects immediately.

This course introduces the tools of FreeCAD in a step-by-step process which will enable you to clearly understand the application of the tools under discussion before starting the next tool.

juiste tempo, de versie is wel nieuwer, sommige functyies zitten op andere plekken, is prima, je leert het programma er beter van kennen

Really like this course. It starts with the basics allow for enough examples to gain the necessary understanding.

By Ludwig Kaempffer on 8/11/2026

The language pronunciation, as I progressed to lecture 8, more and more small things changed until my view is totally different from the tutor's. The tutor did not stay with the first part of the training (Bracket_01), he furthermore explained how to move the sketch, yet when I did what he explained, I got a rectangular shape rather than my sketch moving. When he explained in lesson 10, his Model directory showed the following in the tree: Unnamed, Body, Origin, and Sketch while mine showed Bracket 01 and sketch only - Why?

CUIDADO: El curso es en inglés y no cuenta con subtítulos en español. Sin embargo, si sabes un poco de inglés, se puede entender perfecto ( hasta el momento ) El profesor explica todo muy muy bien.

This is a well-structured FreeCAD course that focuses more on practical design thinking than just tool explanations. The step-by-step approach makes it easy to follow. The projects and assignments add real value by connecting concepts to real-world use. Overall, a solid course for building a strong foundation in FreeCAD.

By Nibedita Samantroy on 4/21/2026

This course is a fantastic deep dive into FreeCAD. The instructor does a great job of breaking down the Sketcher and Part Design workbenches, making a complex interface feel intuitive
