Complete IBM Cognos Analytics 12.0.0 Cloud Training Course (Udemy.com)

This course was pretty helpful. Easy to understand the instructor and it has been updated as the version of Cognos update. The sample data used in the demonstrations does not match what is available in Cognos (Sales Representative table for Great Outdoors data model), but otherwise well done.

This is is a very good course for beginners. It introduces the concepts of creating explorations, dashboards and reports. There are more topics that could be discussed but this is a good foundation. I have much experience with other tools of this genre and this was a good intro for me to see the parallel features and the terms used in Cognos. The instructor clearly presented the topics and has a good working knowledge of what was covered.

I really enjoyed this course, I liked that it's very practical, so you get to put your hands on what you're learning and it makes it easier to understand, especially for someone who has no knowledge in Cognos (like me, a beginner). I'd love to see more courses from this professor to dive deeper into reporting.

This course did a great job introducing and getting me familiar with IBM Cognos and the work thoughtflow without getting too detailed. I went through this course first before taking Cognos as a data analyst module and it really gave me a solid foundation to build on.

I really enjoyed the course. I have been using Cognos for a while, but when you don't have training, you keep making the same reports. the content was goodn dashboards, stories, and reports, the trainer was very good, and I look forward to the advanced training.

Dr Habibi! You were awesome in planning, executing and presenting. I learnt Oracle 8i n Dev 6i before 2001 and few other technologies in place then. Then in 2003 i started in BPO's and had nothing much to apply that i learnt in Data and its analytics as it was a voice based work all throughout. So, for someone like me this video came in as avatar and rescuer, and is certain to give me an edge. Thanks again Doctor! Much love!!

I enjoyed the class and the instructor very much and would like to continue learning Cognos. I'd def recommend this class to anyone who wants to get the broad strokes of Cognos without paying an arm and a leg. Higher prices are warranted as the course work becomes more complex and can enhance one's skills. Some of the course work was slightly outdated as IBM updates Cognos very frequently thus there were instances where I was unable to duplicate the work on my own dashboard. I have learned from the instructor however he also updates this course frequently to stay up to date which is very helpful.

Well pitched for absolute beginner in Cognos with reasonable prior competence as user of ERP systems and Excel. Sample data allowed me to play along with the demonstrations. The content was well selected and logically progressed to build my understanding and develop confidence to explore further. Dr Habibi projected a warm & professional personality, so even though it is a one-way course, it felt like having a private tutor. Thank you!

The course really takes a beginner into the world of IBM Cognos and explains the main aspects that one would need to use to get acquainted with the tool. It sets a very good foundation and base for future exploration of the toolset. From here, I can explore more and feel that I have a good foundation.
