This course is fine for expanding vocabulary, but after the first few lectures describing the alphabet, there is not a good flow to the course. Groups of words are given out, and those words are used with other new words that are not used or explained in the notes. More verbs/conjugations, more linguistic explanations, and more basic dialogues would be helpful.

For learning vocabulary by heart , you can do other stuff. Also for learning by heart not enough repetition or examples.

Me parece un curso excelente, aprendizaje rpido y las lecciones son muy entretenidas y en cada una de ellas se va incorporando nuevo vocabulario y consejos de gramtica y fontica. Lo nico que hecho a faltar sera la conversacin de la leccin en formato texto (lo he visto en algunos cursos de www.edx.org), ya que mi nivel de ingls es bastante bsico, pero es algo a nivel personal mio lgicamente ;). El curso me parece muy interesante y los recursos en .pdf previos ayudan mucho a asimilar la leccin ledos previamente. Un 11 sobre 10.

Some of the examples are quite difficult for absolute beginners. I studied Russian for 2 years and I wouldn't expect -ogo words (ordinal numbers) to come up in the first couple videos. Maybe 'moloko' (milk) would be a nicer, friendlier example.
