Really glad I took this course! I've been studying salesforce for about two months now. I completed the trailhead training modules but wasn't retaining the course material. I kept getting lost in the Trailhead rabbit hole. This course help he focus on what seems to be important to pass the salesforce admin certification. I'm attempting the 30 day challenge at this point. Fingers Crossed..

This course was very useful in helping me understand the material and preparing me to take and pass the Admin Exam. In addition to this course I would recommend taking multiple practice tests. I liked that the topics were broken down into small chunks and the quizzes were helpful to reinforce the concepts. However some of the questions in the practice test didn't indicate that there were multiple answers to choose from if applicable. For example if a scenario had two correct answers, the real test question would say "Choose 2 answers". This practice test didn't do that. I also felt that 85 questions were too long to do in one sitting. Perhaps offer 2 practice tests of 60 questions instead.

So far this is great. Thorough overview and great walkthrough. Completed the course on Monday, took some practice exams, and passed the test today. I really enjoyed the practical approach taken in this course and when combined with practice questions really made passing the test on the first try straightforward. I suggest doing practice exams to determine where you are missing concepts and then re-listen to the instruction again and as instructed, play with it in your trailhead to understand the concepts.

Fantastic course. I have half a year of practical experience as Salesforce Admin and did most of the trails on the admin trail - still scored only around 50% in mock exams. Took three days to do Sid's course, took notes and practiced a bit more. Scored 70% in mock exams and today even a bit better in the actual exam! This course is gold. Highly recommended.

Every test question should have an explanation. Knowing why an answer is wrong is as important as why it is right. Enjoyed the class and the test is good especially when compared to the Salesforce provided practice test. Additional notes or tips to help remember things in the download resources would be great.

Very well explained everything in detail. I am yet to appear for the given practice test so I am not sure about the type of questions. But if another set of practice test given which would be purely scenario or situation based, no straight questions then it has been very grateful to learn application of this course in real world. Apart from this, it's perfect. I would recommend this course to learn about SFDC Admin from A to Z. Thanks Sid for making this course!

Excellent course. I passed the certification exam on my first attempt. Section-Level Scoring: Configuration and Setup: 75% Object Manager and Lightning App Builder: 66% Sales and Marketing Applications: 57% Service and Support Applications: 71% Productivity and Collaboration: 75% Data and Analytics Management: 87% Workflow/Process Automation: 80% I knew I was in good shape when I completed all 85 questions within 105 mins for the practice exam; in the real exam, there are only 65 questions. I am enjoying the course. It is very informative. My only complaint is having to adjust the volume between each class. It doesn't seem that the microphone was in the same position every recording.
