This was spot on for me and I was surprised of what I already knew also answer many question I had on my job.

I used this as a refresher and update to the A+ courses i took at a local junior college about 20 years ago. Lots of new information and excellent reminders. I don't intend to take the exam. If I did and passed it, I'd give the course 5 stars. Excellent instructor, clear, concise, easy to listen to, easy to understand. Thanks!

I found the instructor very adept and thorough in presenting the objectives of the CompTIA 220-802 A+ Certification exam. The instructor's down-to-earth oral delivery made each point memorable, and I was impressed with his profound knowledge of Computers and Networking.

This is a good course and gives you a basic outlook on the exam. I learned a lot from this course, but it wasn't enough. I had to use other sources for more knowledge to get me through the exam.

Thanks again, Infinite Skills, for your concise videos! With this series, and some practice tests and questions, I'm ready for the exam. I knocked off a star for a few things as mentioned in the videos that are possibly outdated: the A+ 6-Step troubleshooting techniqe is listed as only 4 steps in this video, and the most versatile file format is not FAT16, but rather FAT32.

I will be taking the exam later today and I expect to pass it. If I don't pass, I expect it to be because I messed up on option names in the 3 operating systems. The instructor's voice/accent is pleasant to listen to.

This course was broken up into several 5 minute videos which made it easy to not get bored with the material. The material was well organized and the instructor was very easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone wanting to prepare for the CompTIA 220-802 certification exam.

A great supplemental study aid. Clear, informative and easy to follow. The instructor clearly knows his stuff as well as how to teach. Highly recommended along with some practice tests if you have a moderate understanding or better of the material.
