Course Description

All questions are based on the Exam Objectives for the CompTIA Project+ (PK0-005) exam for all 4 domains of the exam, so you can take and pass the actual CompTIA Project+ (PK0-005) certification exam with confidence!

In this course, I fully prepare you for what it is like to take the CompTIA Project+ (PK0-005) certification exam. These 6 full-length practice exams with 90 questions (including simulation-style questions or PBQs as CompTIA calls them) are timed for 90 minutes to help you pace yourself for the real exam. I have carefully hand-crafted each question to put you to the test and prepare you to pass the certification exam with confidence.

You won't be hoping you are ready, you will know you are ready to sit for and pass the exam. After practicing these tests and scoring an 90% or higher on them, you will be ready to PASS on the first attempt and avoid costly re-schedule fees, saving you time and money.

You will receive your total final score, along with feedback on each and every question, telling you exactly why each answer is correct, and which domain (and objective) you need to study more in order to pinpoint the areas in which you need to improve and perform some additional study.

This course is designed to help prepare you for the CompTIA Project+ (PK0-005) certification exam and covers all four domains of the CompTIA Project+ (PK0-005) certification exam:

What others are saying about my CompTIA practice exam courses:

  • The questions were tough and it took me about 3 times for each test to reach 100%. I hope they are like the test... Really hope. Great training resources because the explanations are very useful. (Rick, 5 stars)

  • Great tests that provide something close to the scenario-based questions that the exam will show (it's hard as Udemy's platform isn't designed to allow them properly) Diverse questions. Really good explanations. Great learning tool for passing the test as the exams cover a lot off! (Aimee, 5 stars)

  • This course of practice exams has some good concept reinforcing questions and does a good job of rotating/varying the types of questions asked. Highly recommend if preparing for the certification exam. (Matthew, 5 stars)

  • These questions are unique and well-conducted to prepare for the exam with relevant information. I am using multiple resources and this is definitely one to have. (Valdrin, 5 stars)

Upon completion of this course, you will earn 6 CEUs towards the renewal of your CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, Cloud+, PenTest+, CySA+, or CASP+ certifications.

Misleading and off-topic questions lead to wasted time and inaccurate scores. Please revisit and revise the phasing of test 1 and 5. I did pass the exam after using these and Certmaster practice, but some questions still need some work. Note that if you are getting 74-80 you will likely pass the actual exam as these scores at the time of posting are not a accurate reflection of your exam readiness.

Standard Dion experience, the questions range from baby obvious to the most poorly worded questions yet. Sometimes the questions involve wizards. Sometimes the answers aren't specific enough. Sometimes the questions lack key details that would clarify the answer too easily. However it is good exam practice. Use this if provided to you, but don't buy this at full price.

I've got this set of exam questions based on a recommendation by my colleague, a fellow trainer who also teaches CompTIA classes. This is a decent set of review questions that surely helps with preparing you for the real deal exam. Just take into consideration that those exam sets are NOT like what you will encounter during the exam, real deal exam was much harder. So keep that in mind and use those sets for reviewing & memorization of the material and you should be ok. Thanks for the Dion's team for creating this set.

I studied for this exam for a little under a month using only these practice tests and the question explanations. Completed only 3 of the exams (took each one twice scoring above 80% second attempt), took notes and bullet points, reviewed graph types, etc. Just barely passed with a 719. This test is a memorization game. I'll take the win.

Dion's content is wonderfully consistent in many aspects. That being said, the material for this particular exam is dense, and one can easily get lost in the spider's web that is project management. Otherwise, the course is a solid 8/10, not amazing but exactly where it needs to be. I would give 5 stars, but some of the questions in the practice tests have slight grammatical errors.

By Tevyn Payne on 5/22/2025

Many of the questions were vague and had some that could be up to interpretation. I've gone through all of the tests and saw that depending on how much information was given in the question, the answer could be one thing, but because it lacked conciseness, it was another answer which is frustrating. Also, in the official CertPrep for Project+, nowhere does it list the 'Preparation' phase as one of the 5 phases of a project. This WILL throw you off because they officially list the Discovery, Initiation, Planning, Execution and Monitoring, and Closing, but here they add the 'Preparation' phase and ask about it on many of the tests.

I just passed my exam using this material. The explanations in the learning mode helped me to understand and learn what was needed to pass this cert. I took each exam twice and created study notes from the failed attempts. I only go 70% are better on my first attempts, then 90+ on the 2nd attempts. This and the video course from Dion.

By Caleb Jarrett on 4/11/2025

Questions are challenging and pretty well written, however, the test-question explanations share the objectives (e.g. "OBJ 2.3" & "Domain 2:...") and domains relating to Project+, and yet don't contain hyperlinks to the corresponding video series, nor a description on which video the question's answer is explained. Thus, one is subjected to a time-consuming attempt to try and sift through ("Ctrl + F") the study guide from the video-course to try and find where the information is covered, that one may review what is needed.

By Ryan Patrick on 12/16/2024

I just passed today and found these tests very helpful. I used cert master to study and the tests to practice. I think these are much harder and more in depth than the real test so if you're passing these, you'll be good. Side note, though these questions are more in depth and so when taking the real test make sure not to overthink the questions.

By JEFFREY ANDREWS on 7/10/2024

Lots of typos. Occasionally, answers seem to contradict questions, some explanations repeat paragraphs, and some explanations don't touch on why the wrong answers are wrong. Lots of repeated questions across the exams, but I love it when they look similar, but ask something slightly different :) Extra star will be awarded if I pass first time after getting 90 on all these.
