CompTIA Tech+ (FC0-U71) Complete Course & Practice Exam (Udemy.com)

I'm using this as review... I'm looking to add the CompTia + and Security + as goals for my Cyber 2 (and possible Cyber 1) class that I teach at a nearby high school. So far, I like that it appears mostly up-to-date (better than most of the stuff I pull off the web e.g. Cyber.org) and I like how it is organized, however, this class is definitely IT infrastructure focused... which, for now, I can deal with. Based on sample problems I've see on the web, however, the detail is probably more than what needs to be known for just Comptia +.

The course is very well organized and structured; the consistent layout of introduction, material, and conclusion makes for easy note taking and learning. The instructors did a good job communicating clearly, and the human-provided captions were a blessing. The quizzes with explanations provided made for easy learning, understanding, and clarifying of concepts. I will always recommend Dion Training to anyone trying to get an IT certification.

So far Dion explains everything in way that makes sense and in a way that you understand what to be expecting when you are preparing and getting ready to officially start the exam.

I liked that it was concise and that it explained everything. It helped that AI is now integrated. I would like to say that there are a few things that need to be upgraded in the series because it is 2026 and no one uses windows 10 anymore it is all windows 11 and up so maybe that can be fixed also things about CD-ROM's need to be eliminated. Most computers including laptops don't even have a CD-ROM slot, instead we have one for an SD card and MICRO-SD cards and I think that those should be taught now instead along with more saving things to the Cloud because most of us also use Google Drive, Dropbox etc. daily instead of using a USB flash drive.

Long. Very detailed. Very similar to the Comptia ITF. Only a few small changes since the ITF course ended. Mazen mumbles during the entire course. You will need to change to 1.25 Jason Dion starts teaching in AAA Cybersecurity

Great course in helping me get through it as well as not having to read the book. I find it better to take the online courses than reading the books from Comptia. I must say I have to be well rested when consuming this amount of information.

I am new to IT, I took this class to learn and I am overwhelmed with coding and terminology. I'd suggest learning about parts of a computer and how to create folders and how to save files. I feel very overwhelmed already

this was a great match for me. I can tell that the people who made this course are dedicated to teaching people and help students achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

Great learning content, wish it did have a test after each course video to get a better grasp on what to expect on the exam, but all around great info. Definitely helps the confidence level as you progress.
