If you are really interested in learning website development using any technology weather it is Asp.Net, Java or Php, the basic thing that you should know is HTML and CSS. More over if you want to develop your own static website with contact us form then this course teaches you the best.

In this course we will start with the concept why we need HTML then we dive into tags river and will cover comments, page information, document structure, links, text markup, lists, forms and images. We take start of css with why and goes for various types of styling techniques in web design and move ahead with various selectors and design a beautiful menu from scratch and finally end with designing and hosting a static web site.

JavaScript : Do you know that all the web client frameworks are based on JavaScript?

Like AngularJS, ReactJS, NodeJS, etc., So, now it is the time for you to not only build a strong base in JavaScript basic programming but also to understand the basics of object oriented programming using JavaScript.

Yes, the buzzword of the market that is TypeScript and AngularJS2+ are completely based on oops through the JavaScript.

When it comes to the passing data from a client to the server then JSON formatted data is the hero, which again reminds the object or collection of objects of JavaScript.

Now no way to escape from learning JavaScript, if you want to stick to web technology with any platform whether it is Microsoft or Java or PHP or anything else.

So, no worries! we made it damn simple for you to master it :)

TypeScript : Yes! TypeScript is the base for Angular2+ , If you want to enter into the world of Angular 2, 4, 5, ... then the first step is to understand TypeScript.

I am going to make it very simple for you to learn and implement it.

TypeScript starts from the same syntax and semantics that millions of JavaScript developers know today. Use existing JavaScript code, incorporate popular JavaScript libraries, and call TypeScript code from JavaScript.

TypeScript compiles to clean, simple JavaScript code which runs on any browser, in Node.js, or in any JavaScript engine that supports ECMAScript 3 (or newer).

What are you waiting for? just join into this course and make the buzz word of the market a part of your profile.

Why not provide the sample page codes that are being created in a Notepad file ? For students to download and then practice and play around later ? It adds lot of online time to keep pausing the video and make notes manually. At end of each chapter, please provide a sample html code for the created page.

This is a good video series to make free because it teaches you the very basics that can lead into series development. Many of the larger courses require a basic knowledge of javascript, html and css, this is a good series to get that basic knowledge. I am liking the training style so far.

[EDITED REVIEW] My name is Erik. I took this course when it was new and didn't have a lot of content. When I took this course there was only HTML & CSS lectures, which didn't impress me at all. Now this course is updated and I want to share 2 different reviews. First part is about the HTML & CSS and the second part is about the JavaScript, TypeScript & OOP. [First part] (HTML & CSS) There are important parts that could be improved, such as using best practise, managing the code structure, parts of the course is outdated, its not good practise to design a website's layout with tables and finally there could have been a few cases of in-depth about different elements and such. [Second part] (JavaScript, TypeScript & OOP) The second part of the course is outstanding and full of knowledge and a lot of good practices. The instructor at this point is explaining complex code structure in-depth. Such as concepts in JS, TS and OOP. Where he teaches you about abstract classes, namespaces, polymorphism etc. He does teach you JavaScript & TypeScript in a good maner so that it's easy to follow and understand. This is the first time in a course that I've taken, that an instructor teaches you that you should debug your code. Debugging code is follow the code line by line to see how the code behaves. This is the most important element to fully understand the code you've written. Debugging makes you an expert in finding errors in the code. My rating has now been changed from 2 star to 4,5 star. Thanks for the course // Erik

This was absolutely basic for me as I have had previous knowledge of HTML and CSS. I enjoyed the course because as I coded in class i didn't really understand why I was using some elements or tags, but as I went through this course I had that understanding and I also researched and read about it.Thank you.

This is a very basic course for beginners like myself. It is a step-by-step instruction and demos to guide you along the way. This free course is one of the very rare I found since I have ever tried learning to code. Thank you Manzoor!

I dont have any knowledge of html but after doing this course . Not only I grasped knowlegde but also with the demo he has shown are incredible that you can make your own webpage in minutes. It is confusing a bit to learn all tags but with practice everything gets better. Loved this course

Can eloborate more on div and span tags and their usage. I guess video 10 is little messed up. The audio says look at fieldset etc., but they are not shown at that time in the video. Other than that lecture looks good.
