Lovely course, I like how you don't over/under explain anything. I had so much fun watching you and refreshing my memory, your style of explaining is nice for beginners and returning veterans alike. My comments are: 1. In the section where you start to make the projects we already did responsive, you forgot to do that for the "blog post" project, I suggest you add that, though maybe you should work on a flexbox version of "blog post" instead of the one we could see in previous lectures where we still had not learnt about flexbox 2. In the "ski resort card" exercise, you mentioned you wanted the container to be "x pixels", through you ended up making the content "x pixels" not the entire container -> Either make it a border-box or specify that you want the content to be "x pixels" not the entire card. 3. When teaching about transform, I suggest you mention skew since you ended up using it in the final project. Overall a perfect course, I would definitely recommend.

It would be super helpful if the presenter could add shortcut keys as visual cues whenever he use shortcut keys because it's kind of hard to follow by only hearing. I'm a visual learning, so this will tremendously help improve my learning. Otherwise, I keep having to pause and look up what shortcuts he's using which is a little annoying. Overall, a really good course so far!

I originally enrolled in The HTML & CSS Bootcamp 2026 Edition to brush up on accessibility best practices for HTML content I build in Canvas. I definitely got what I came for — but I also ended up learning far more than I expected. The instructor explains concepts clearly, the pacing feels natural, and the exercises throughout the course really help reinforce each new skill. I especially appreciated the step‑by‑step walkthroughs in the larger projects, which made the material feel practical and immediately usable. A few things could make the course even stronger. I would have loved a downloadable outline of all sections, both for reference and for planning my study sessions. For the big projects, it would help to have a style guide or mock‑up that lists the expected font sizes, colors, and layout choices — similar to what a company would provide with brand guidelines. That would reduce the need to inspect the final code just to confirm what values were used. I also think the course sections themselves could benefit from more consistent styling, something like MLA‑style formatting, to make navigation and readability even smoother. Overall, though, this is a well‑designed, modern, and genuinely helpful course. I walked away with stronger accessibility practices and a much deeper understanding of HTML and CSS than I anticipated.

I'm 30% complete of this 2,230 minute class. PRO's: Class is very focused, no rabbit trails. He explains what to do and I can replicate it. Monkey see, monkey do. He talks quickly, so I need to pause and rewind (good). He shows his source links, his personal steps, and provides great reasoning. Awesome videos! CON's: It is 37.2 Udemy hours. (...for me 1 Udemy hour = 3 human hours...or...it can take me 15-20 minutes to do a 6 minute class...). Setting aside only 5 hours per week for this & you can estimate how many weeks this class will take me. OVERALL If you are dedicated to the 'long haul", I highly-highly recommend this website building class!! If you want a 2-3 week class...keep shopping elsewhere.

This course is very helpful for every new learner of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. In this course the trainer will explain all the topics and every time he is using examples and also some activity which make learning more interesting. I prefer to you must watch this course.

Well, I had some knowledge on HTML and CSS before enrolling in this course because I felt something was lacking. To be very honest, I am gradually gaining confidence as I go through this course. A lot of gaps and concepts which I tried to understand in my previous course on the same topic have been filled. Mr. Colt is a great teacher, nothing else. His explanations and demonstrations are super easy to understand. I am only able to know this because of other courses I have personally taken and completed on the same topic. If you are a complete beginner, I highly recommend this course. This man's teaching style is great. I am in the middle of the course and I have no reason not to give this course a five star rating, but if things change, I might update this review. If this review isn't updated, just know there's absolutely nothing to worry about taking this course. I hope this gives you enough motivation to purchase and give this course a try. Colt is an amazing instructor, and his course is incredibly detailed. The modules are long, but only because he takes the time to thoroughly cover every essential topic—and that’s something I personally appreciate, as it genuinely builds confidence in development. His hands-on approach, combined with tons of practical exercises, makes the learning experience both engaging and effective. I highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to truly understand core concepts and strengthen their skills.

The course was great. I went from being not confident in css to knowing what im doing. thank you colt. One popint of improvemnt i would suggest is getting some sort of teaching assistannt. Questions don't really get answered so expect some googling around or using AI if you get stuck. But if you are looking to understand CSS, this is definitely one to consider.

This class was very helpful, and I really appreciated the hands-on projects, which made the learning experience engaging and practical. One suggestion for improvement would be to use softer colors in the examples. At one point, the entire screen was bright red, which made it impossible to follow along during that module - I just had to look away, or I'd get a headache. Perhaps consider using more neutral or pastel tones that are easier on the eyes.
