it was good and understandable

Majority of the content presented were backed by anecdotal evidences than actual research. But, the Instructor appeared to truly want to deliver the lessons in the most digestible manner. The inclusion of the AI-based role play helped reinforce the lessons, and hopefully extend the retention of the information.
