In this course we are going to focus on data visualization and in Python that means we are going to be learning matplotlib and seaborn. Matplotlib is a Python package for 2D plotting that generates production-quality graphs. Matplotlib tries to make easy things easy and hard things possible. You can generate plots, histograms, power spectra, bar charts, errorcharts, scatterplots, etc., with just a few lines of code. Seaborn is a Python visualization library based on matplotlib. Most developers will use seaborn if the same functionally exists in both matplotlib and seaborn. This course focuses on visualizing. Here are a few things you'll learn in the course.

Excellent matplotlib overview. The seaborn part is a bit too fast and not much systematic. In overall still a valuable course.

Again a great course !!!!! You learn Matplotlib unrelated to its applications but for its own sake. Well worth the effort.

I liked the course but there was very little explanation on plotting functions.

For example, setting the size the instructor mentions there are 4 types. He gives the names but does not explain what they are

Informative overview, but all of the examples were cut and paste rather than problem-solution, so I don't really feel like I obtained any kind of mastery over the subject. I feel like I would have learned more if the labs were problem-solution as I would have had to think about the problem and how to apply what was learned.
