Designing an L&D Strategy to power Digital Transformations (Udemy.com)

The slow sliding of the text on the screen is frustrating. It's also blurry. The content could use more examples. ie. How do you plan for a future state? Share a use case that would make your point.

This course was interesting and informative to update me about the contemporary L and D practices and strategies. The resources provided with this course are useful for practical implementation of strategies.

I appreciated the pace of the training, and the resources that were included. It would have been helpful to have additional examples about how these methodologies and tools can be applied.

Good quality content especially if you haven´t done L&D strategy or analysis before. Bit slow in terms of speaking which I solved by playing 1,25 faster to adjust to my pace. It would be great to actually point towards different courses which are focused on particular topics to get deeper understanding if people need it. The course didn't live up to my expectation. I think it could have had a lot more practical application value and examples. It was too generic for a specialized subject like L&D strategy.

I worked in the L&D fundction for 8 years and later in my career took up a job which required only administration support. Hence, I have a gap of 1.5 years from L&D strategy, TNI/TNA, creating and delivering training programs. Now I am joining a role which required all these and I found this course a good way to brush up what I left behind an year ago. Thank you so much.

The course talked very powerful strategies and concepts around L&D. It would be great to have more explanation with examples especially in 70-20-10 lectures.

Great course! Provides a good introduction on how to use role based competency mapping and the 70-20-10 model to define an effective L&D strategy. The downloadable resources are a big bonus.
