I found that the grammar and spelling mistakes in the content, in combination with the instructor's poor English pronunciation detracted greatly from the focus on the course content. This needs to be improved in order to improve the experience of the course.

Good introduction section. Clear and relevant

The videos in this course were concise with highly-relevant information and well presented as the speaker was very professional, and their knowledge and expertise were evident in his lectures. The concepts are covered in a simple, straightforward manner, and there are interactive activities that prompt design thinking. I would have liked some explanation on how to plot values on the mind maps, but this should be easy to figure out by oneself, given the content provided by the course. Overall, I would say this course offers value for the time invested. The case studies help me understand better from a fresher perspective. Happy learning!

Yes it was good,learned things i always had a wrong thoughts of or did differently e.g the design thinking always thought its the customers who mattered most in starting and not people in general.the trivia was a good section of interesting infomation aswell.Thank you!

Yes, I enjoyed the course. Although the concept of design thinking is new to me, it's refreshing to learn something new especially the stages of design thinking (emphasize, define, ideate, prototype and test). What's even more interesting is the use of case studies and examples that I could easily relate with. I also enjoyed the different approaches under the ideate stage. I love SCAMPER the most. The course is indeed mind bending and has made me realize how little I know about the ways to problem-solving in both my personal and professional life. The course work itself is both rich in its content as well as easily practical for anyone in today's world. All this information can be a bit overwhelming but then its an online recorded course so I can always go one step back to catch up on anything I missed. Marcin is pretty focused and clear on training the viewer as per the objective of this course. However, at times I felt a little lost by his pronunciation of certain words and had to look it up in the captions. Moreover, I will definitely need more help on the interactive side of this presentation, which could be made better by including more exercises from real life situations. Your content is very good, and overall it is going to be helpful for those who are struggling to get a idea for their projects. Your course deserves a 5 star rating, but I'm giving you a 4 star rating, because if you would have added a few real life examples with the various methods, it would have been great. One more flaw which I felt is your course is not having much of animations,diagrams and flowchart. If you add these two things onto your course, it will be great and much more easier. i found it less engaging

I rated so since I am eager to build my next design following the “iteration process”. I am really thrilled by the idea for and with “the people”. Well, after going through the whole process of MTI (I will definitely take that test) and so many effective brainstorming methods had left me shocked as I had no idea about these things. The experience was really enlightening. Halfway through my favorite was the case studies. “SPOILER ALERT!!!” (Especially the KItKat one). Then came the whole prototype steps from scratch to finish, which was so smoothly explained like a nice ladder to climb. The software explanation at the end of the whole course is really effective for a new learner like I and the trivia at the end of each lecture was “real icing on the cake”. I am not exaggerating, I really liked it .It is a must for everyone who wants to develop their creative minds in design thinking or for leaders having a hard time to lead there team properly. Thanks to the instructor please make more engaging contents like this.
