my experience with this course has also highlighted the importance of both talent acquisition and labor laws. I found that I have natural knack for the compliance or technical side of management. it's a good fit for me because I enjoy using data and policies to ensure that a company is being fair to their employees. regards all lecturer, thank you.

It was good. However, I wish it had excel templates that students could use as real life examples. This dealt with analytics and the omission of Excel spreadsheets makes it difficult if one did not understand some of the sample formulas.

The course material is great in itself, but the audio quality is the only thing that leaves something to be desired.
By Josh Andrei Estor on 4/27/2025
I was able to grasp all the theoretical aspects to be considered in administering compensation and benefits in an organization. Moreover, the module was informative and very comprehensive.
By Jarra Gitteh on 1/27/2025
The course was informative and easy to understand. The lecturer was very knowledgeable but not very interactive, it also felt like she was just droning on. But all in all I enjoyed it.
By Tùng Lâm Trần on 1/24/2025

By Harsh Ranga on 11/11/2024
This course provided valuable insights into compensation and benefits management, enhancing my understanding of designing effective compensation structures and aligning them with organizational goals. The content was well-structured and practical, with clear explanations on key concepts, though more focus on employee benefits and recognition programs could have been beneficial.
