Wow… it’s hard to find the right words. But I’ll try. This course is simply amazing — truly fantastic. It’s a perfect introduction to rock guitar. It’s not for complete beginners, but you learn an incredible amount. Most importantly, everything is perfectly connected to real musical context, so you actually feel like you’re playing music instead of constantly memorizing exercises. The course is a perfect combination of high-quality teaching and the real reason we all learn this instrument — playing rock music on the guitar. Thank you. And so I don’t lose the momentum, I’m immediately continuing with the recommended courses “Pure Rock Guitar” and “Pure Pentatonic Power.”

A phenomenal course by Guitar Joolz. The curriculum is very well structured, with each section progressively increasing in difficulty—from simple riffs at the beginning to lead guitar work toward the end. Despite the word “Easy” in the title, this course is anything but easy. For beginner guitarists, it presents a serious challenge and a true test of discipline and perseverance, which ultimately makes it even more rewarding.

I think the excercises are really good. GuitarJoolz is a fabulous teacher. The information presented is thorough and informative. There are lots of great tips. Visually informative and easy to follow. Many rock styles are covered. One criticism would be that the tabs could be presented in a more logical form that conforms to certain rules of musical notation. Despite this they are easy enough to read and can be corrected using Guitar Pro 8.

Halfway through the course, I'm absolutely loving it. It feels like going to the real guitar teacher, only you don't really need to go anywhere :) The explanations are perfect, and I absolutely love the excercises: the pace, the variety (it's just fun to play every one of them and I'm super excited to hear what the next one is!), and the fact that they're not overly complicated and bring joy instead of struggle. Thank you GuitarJoolz :)

This course really helped me to get back to playing guitar after a very long break. Some of the riffs and leads provided here were somewhat more challenging than I expected, but it all was very fun to learn and play, and a good opportunity to practice most of the essential rock rhythm techniques as well as the important lead basics. Highly recommended to anyone who can play some basic electric guitar (or at least knows how to hold a pick and press frets) and wants to improve their technique and start playing some actually cool stuff!

Muy divertido e interesante. Algunas partes pueden costar más que otras si no se tiene ninguna o poca experiencia con la guitarra. Pero dentro de la sencillez de las escalas y ritmos, hay un montón de patrones que pueden dar muy buenas ideas para hacer canciones al estilo del rock clásico y entretenerse y divertirse mucho. totalmente recomendable.

I started learning the guitar in my teens in the late 70s and just taught myself by playing riffs over and over on the record player and trying to work out what notes they were playing, and wearing out the records in the process. Consequently I never got very far and then dropped out of the habit of playing. I picked it up again in the lockdown and this course has taught me everything I wish I'd known before. Now I'm moving on to Pure Pentatonic Power and really enjoying my rediscovered hobby. Thanks Joolz. Excellent teacher!!

My guitar was hung on the wall for quite some time before I decided to start studying again. As I hadn't played for a few years, I decided it was best to start over with a basic beginner's course and Joolz's approach in the demo appealed to me. After taking a few lessons I can say that not only was I not dissapointed, I actually loved this course. Joolz is charismatic, a great guitar player and teacher. The tracks are well recorded and great to play along. I can't wait to start his other courses.

Very interesting teaching from Julian as usual. This is a very good course with lot of fun exercises.
