Course Description
Welcome to the Embedded Systems STM32 Low-Layer APIs(LL) Driver Development course.
The STM32 Low-Layer APIs ( known as LL) offers a fast light-weight expert-oriented layer which is closer to the hardware than the HAL APIs (Hardware Abstraction Layer). The LL offers low-level APIs at the register level with better optimization. These require deep knowledge of the MCU and peripheral specifications which we shall cover in this course.
With a programming based approach, this course is designed to give you a solid foundation in firmware and peripheral driver development for the STM32 family of microcontrollers. The goal of this course is to teach you how to navigate the microcontroller reference manual and datasheet to extract the right information to professionally build peripheral drivers and firmware using the STM32 Low-Layer APIs
By the end of this course you will be able to develop drivers for peripherals like the ADC, UART,PWM, GPIO, TIMER,I2C, SPI, RTC, WWDG, IWDG, RCC, EXTI etc. You will also master the STM32 architecture and how to build professional embedded firmware for STM32 microcontrollers.
Please take a look at the full course curriculum.
REMEMBER : I have no doubt you will love this course. Also it comes with a FULL money back guarantee for 30 days! So put simply, you really have nothing to loose and everything to gain.
Sign up and let's start toggling some register bits.

No solo enseña para un microcontrolador en específico, nos da las herramientas de cómo buscar las documentaciones para encontrar las funciones adecuadas a distintos modelos de stm32

Because, I trust this auther, and I already enrolled in bare metal programming from the same auther, he is so practical and informative.

Would be good if there were a presentation on how the coding examples were going to be constructed. Such as what steps are needed to build the program. Instructor does this during the course on peripheral by peripheral level and does repeat it several times, which is good. But having a reference would be appreciated for the future. Else it would be 5 stars.

I am tired of watching the same hour of setting up an IDE. Produce a single video about this and make it freely available. This course is an introduction to the use of the Low-Layer programming API from STMicroelectronics. One complaint is that too much ground is covered. Shorter, more advanced courses that cover each peripheral in greater detail would be much more useful. Each lesson includes time spent cutting and pasting the same UART and LED functions. Take your own advice and build a library of these functions in the first lesson. As an example, in my opinion, the section on the I2C peripheral was almost ruined due to excessive cut-and-past operations. I also recommend that lessons be standardized on 15 minutes or less. Spend less time cutting and pasting and more time explaining the reason why functions and code are needed. I would also like to see courses based on other micro-processors such as the Cortex-M0+ or the Cortex-M33. Not every project uses a Cortex-M4. Or at least detail how peripheral use is different.

Would prefer to have had written instructions on downloading documentation and application resources rather than grinding through this in the video material.
