This is a very good course for beginners. I expected more advanced english in some topics, for instance, less grammar and more business english. Overall, I'm satisfied what I've learned from this course.

Experience has been blended with professionalism to make the courses' delivery friendly, fun and responsive. The materials are very rich and the topics are very relevant to factories and industrial communication demands for present day business inter-activities. The status of the course should in my opinion be raised and expanded to the equivalent of a first degree level. Even though this could mean increase fees and duration.
