Thank you for the useful program. I have one question though. RENTAL AGREEMENT > 1. Premises. > The premises leased is a room, with a shared bathroom and "(1) one" parking space .... while other sentences says "one (1)", which is correct as far as I know, (e.g., The Landlord will return the security deposit to the Tenant within thirty (30) days of the termination of this agreement). Is it a simple typo or is it intended to be that way? As this is about contracts, I hope all the materials and all parts of them are 100% reliable. Thank you.

Creo que ha sido una muy buena elección para tomar este curso, ya que es realmente clara la pronunciación y la forma de explicar del profesor. Voy avanzando en el curso, destacando la claridad e importancia de los conceptos que se van enseñando.

I would like to recommend this course to people who wants to learn business law particularly contract law from the scratch. We will learn essential vocabulary which are useful in the most draft contract. We will learn about general parts of the contract. We will learn several types of contracts. The most important things that we got is we understood five (5) basic elements of the contract and can classifying those several types of contracts. Big thanks Mr. David Wallace, MA, Dip TESOL, Dip Teaching

Overall, it was a good and useful class for learning vocabulary related to contracts. However, some of the corrections for the exercises did not accept answers when the terms were not literally defined in the exercises.

I appreciated that this course had a lot of practical application of the topics. The use of contracts in the activities helped me to see how to use the knowledge that I was learning. It was a very basic overview but a good overview. Thank you!

The course is comprehensive and addresses the issue directly. Prior to taking this course, I had difficulty understanding the language used in contracts. My sincere thanks go out to the instructor.

The topics were explained clearly and effectively. I liked the variety of exercises and the overall approach in using realistic document samples to immediately practice the new concepts from the lessons.

This was a great class! I enjoyed the exercises and quizzes regarding legal contracts and related vocabulary. However, some of my answers were correct, but the program said they were wrong because of how I wrote the answers. That should not be if it is the same answer. I still really enjoyed this class and definitely recommend it for any level of the legal profession. Thank you.

I would say David is the TOP NOTCH teaching legal English. I wouldn't have expected that it would be so easy to understand. In fact, I have always been thinking that Legal English will be freaking hard and I will never ever work on that. At least, I have the VERY CLEAR PICTURE on how to find out the key information of the contract and how to comprehend them! Some people might think that this course is way shorter that they expected. Thus I have completed this course within a week. Given that you have more than enough time, you can complete lessons on your pace. The most part I loved about this course, it comes with a variety of exercises(may I would rephrase as practices) and activities. Thank you so much. David! You have really nailed it and I will definitely continue taking other courses available of yours. Thank in a million !
