The course met my expectations and provided valuable insights. I believe it will significantly help me enhance my communication skills, particularly for professional interactions in the office and with clients. The content was well-structured and relevant to real-world scenarios, making it highly practical and beneficial for my role.

I was initially hesitant about taking this course, but I'm so glad I did! The practical examples and real-world scenarios made learning English for IT both engaging and relevant. This course has given me the confidence to communicate effectively with international colleagues.

A great course for improving your English and learning the necessary expressions that will be useful for working in the IT industry. The downside is the poor sound quality of some lectures, although, on the other hand, it will give you some experience in understanding English on an unstable connection.

Both are good instructors, they have good knowledge about the language and have good communication skills. The only problem is that miss lily should keep her microphone close to her mouth. Only her lectures had less volume(sound of the audio).

Thanks for providing this course! For someone who is very beginner in IT area, this course is very useful for me. The practices and quizzes are also really helpful to check my understanding and review the materials. Overall, I really enjoy the course.

This is a great english course for anyone who want to improve service desk communication. I really love additional material at the end of each lesson. In less than 5 hours I reminded more of english than I have learned in the past in the school. Course contains less vocabulary than grammar.

The course is good but has points that could be better! For example, the sound isn't good, I think this is a key point because for people who are learning a new language is pretty important to listen well and on the videos are a big difference between the sound of the two instructors, one of them is too low and when turned up it brings some annoying noise on the background.

Buen contenido pero el audio de algunos videos demasiado bajo, hay que dar todo el volumen y aun no se escucha fuerte, en especial este de Making Suggestion no se entiende bien por la mala calidad del audio, hay otros similares, por lo demas muy buen contenido, buen trabajo

In my opinion, this course is really useful. I am a student of IT so that's the reason that i bought this course. By the way, I like the way that the teachers teach the class, they include a lot of material and I really like that they always give us worksheets per topic

This was a nice and very informative training. The only recommendation I would make would be to make sure all audios in all videos are normalized and set to the same level so that the audio is no low or too high from videos to videos like watching a show on TV with a comfortable volume level and then have to lower down the volume during commercials.
